Upon purchasing, we will take the necessary details from the purchaser and each voucher will have a unique reference number. The receiver will have to
quote the reference number when booking the appointment for security purposes. Payment can be made by Bank Transfer (postal delivery) or Cash/ Card (on hand delivery). Please contact us via email, text or call to purchase your voucher. Multiple vouchers can be purchased and used on one service.

Postal Delivery: Free Royal Mail 1st class delivery on all vouchers (1-2 business days)

Terms and Conditions: (Please Read)
• Each Voucher will be valid for 6 months from the purchase
date.
•Gift vouchers are non-refundable. If an appointment is booked and needs rescheduling we will be more than happy to accommodate the rescheduling as long as it is within the 6 month validation period.
•Please note we do need access to an electrical socket and water outlet to connect our extension cable and hose (Both around 30m in length). If the receiver of the voucher does not have a driveway or access to outlets to complete the service and needs it completed at a different address (eg. relatives or friends house) that is no problem, please let us know.
• If the receiver of the gift voucher is outside our traveling radius of Solihull +10 miles an extra £10 charge will be added on at point of service completion.
• This gift voucher can be redeemed in conjunction with all of our services. The voucher amount will be deducted from the overall total cost of the service.
